We have our own staff on site during the various stages of production for all of our programs. Robust QA processes prevent minor issues from becoming major ones. Our production team has many years of experience to draw from across a wide range of manufacturing processes and materials. When you know what to look for it's easier to find.
Establishing an agreed to AQL is part of our process. Depending on the level and type of product our own team will provide detailed inspection reports for each batch shipment. When necessary, we also utilize third party QC services from QIMA for inspections outside our normal service area. Again, this can be tailored to your specific needs.
With sourcing and manufacturing locations across the globe, our shipping and logistics team have the unenviable task of keeping our goods moving. We estimate all shipping prior to the completion of production and keep you updated on a regular basis as your product goes through the various stages of delivery. Making quality products is our thing but we make sure they get delivered on time as well.
