The Challenge
Companies like Starbucks need packaging support too. Fortunately for us, they had a concrete vision for their mint tins and gum packaging and a road map already developed for how to bring that vision to life.
We’ve all been to Starbucks and have most likely purchased their gum or mints. Nobody likes coffee breath! Being an eco-conscious company, sustainability and recyclability were important parts of the packaging.
Our Solution
The Starbucks team has a wonderful design team who came up with the mint tin design, but they leaned heavily on us to recommend the best materials to use. With the environment in mind and Starbucks distinct branding, we decided to go with aluminum for the tin.
It was sturdy, recyclable and secured the mints tightly, while keeping them fresh for an extended amount of time. Since this project, we have worked on others with this incredible team and have been the lead behind some of the new materials you see their products packaged in.
