The challenge for this project was creating a custom bottle in a way that hadn’t been done before, at least not that we’ve ever seen.

The initial branding was done by Tigerfire’s brand agency partner who came up with the full bottle wrap, tiger mandala graphic. We had to find a way to do this in production.

When we began the development for this bottle, we had a reference shape that the customer liked for the bottle which helped create the profile. So first we focused on getting the bottle sized correctly with the right thickness at the base to give it weight and a premium feel as well as overall gram weight. We made 3D prints to get the size and form approved.

In parallel to that we began exploring ways to achieve this complex decoration on the bottle with our manufacturers. At first it didn’t seem possible, but with some trial and error we were able to find a way. The hardest part was getting the graphic to wrap over the edges on the bottle shoulder and continue up the neck of the bottle. This is one of the reasons our customers love working with us, if there’s a way we will find it.

Another nice touch to the bottle was a custom deboss Tiger logo molded into the base of the bottle. There’s quite a bit of push up in the bottom, but we were still able to achieve a detailed emboss to really make this bottle unique. The rose gold plated custom cap carried a nice weight to it as well as having embossing details on top.

The final bottle is a show stopping piece. With the bold tiger mandala graphic wrapping the tinted black bottle, it’s an unexpected look for a Vodka bottle, but even more reason for it to peak interest and stand out against the competitors. It truly embodies Sanjay’s style.
