The Challenge
To develop a high-quality triple bottle box that was durable, luxury, carrying JW blues brand ques and was able to showcase new bottles in a display format when in the retail environment.
To make things more challenging, we had very little time to execute both the development and production of this box.
Our Solution
Utilizing our vendor relationships built over the last decade we were able to produce all 50 limited edition boxes in 4 weeks including delivery!
Some of the finishes to highlight include: 9mm MDF wood sprayed 1C (blue), the uber thin metal electroplated inlay sticker (not to be confused with a gold foil stamp) of the logo lockup and text was made from a water jet which was then carefully placed in between the sprayed MDF and the finished lacquer layers, double bifold door + 6 hinges, and custom dyed blue suede lining.
